Philosophy of Life Reading the words, "What is your philosophy of life?", made me really think hard about what exactly is my philosophy in life and whether or not it was actually my philosophy or another person's philosophy which was instilled in me. I started wondering about things I've done in life and the experiences I've had, something which was constant with me, something I truly believed and I realized I did have a strong belief. It could very well be considered as a philosophy which is "don't judge people or things in general, based on what you have heard from someone else." February 28th 2020. The day of Janus, Alumni Meet and Under 25 Summit. On 28th February, a bright and early morning, 3 events took place in the Jyoti Nivas campus. Young media students and their hardworking teachers were running around finishing the final touches for their two big events, which were Janus and the Alumni Meet. My two friends and I volunteered to help out for the alumni meet and we were in charge of welcoming the alumni and handing them badges and a ribbon. We were set outside the auditorium and it was a great pleasure to meet those who had gone to our college before us.  After the meet ended, we had gone for our lunch break and then gone to experience the remaining of Janus. Our teachers and fellow students gave us such a great experience to meet and get to know a few companies for internship programs and also a few post-graduate courses which we can take up. CONTAGION. noun the communication of disease from one person or organism to another by close contact. As 2020 began, we came into contact with a virus known as the coronavirus. The pandemic started from a city in China called Wuhan and has now spread over the world causing everyone to stay under quarantine. We as humans have lost our freedom to roam the streets because the virus is spread when we touch surfaces of things it is present in and is active for different periods of time depending on the type of surface, for example, it is active on our hands for 5-10 minutes.  I, personally, have taken a lot of measures to prevent catching the virus even before the virus was confirmed in India. I made sure to regularly wash my hands whenever I went to a new place, wear a mask, frequently used my hand-sanitizer and also made sure my friends did the same. I've always been cautious of what kind of infections we can receive from what we touch when we're out of our ...
