The power of our thoughts can be equally astonishing and dangerous. Our thoughts are so vast, we have many cognitive processes and the environment also plays an important role in influencing our thoughts.  There are 14 qualities we possess which makes up our mind power and the power of thinking. These 14 qualities can be enhanced to level up our thinking. There are also things which we need to avoid. 1. Concentration Concentration is an ability which we all require in our daily lives. Since we live in such hurried lives, we as humans may have a tendency of not being able to concentrate on only one thing. There are so many things that run through our mind, as students, it may be school/college work, assignments and lessons, besides these we also think of our interests thus we can't set our minds on one thing.  We can, however, improve our concentration and there are also hindrances we should avoid.  Enhancers:  a. Philosophy of Life Reading the words, "What is your philosophy of life?", made me really think hard about what exactly is my philosophy in life and whether or not it was actually my philosophy or another person's philosophy which was instilled in me.
